Leorah Wood is a talker turned actress turned comedian (comedienne?) who grew up in the suburbs of Boston. However, she is continually informed that she has strong Midwestern energy.

 

Graduating with a BFA in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Leorah studied at Playwrights Horizons Theater School and Stonestreet Studios.

Leorah has worked as a stand up comedian all around NYC, and recently released her debut hour of comedy, Dress Up, on YouTube. She performs clean, story based sets, wherein ukulele is used both for music and as a threat. Festival credits: Ladies Room Comedy Festival '22 (Finalist) & '23, 5th Borough Comedy Festival '23, Knockouts Women's Comedy Festival '24.

She makes content on TikTok (35k+), Instagram (10k+), and YouTube (not as impressive). This is probably the least interesting thing about her, but here she is listing the numbers anyway. @_Leorah ;)

The most interesting thing about her (besides her stunning personality and off-white smile) is her camp horror web series, Final Girl. She co-wrote, co-produced, and stars (talk about ego, maybe her personality isn't all that stunning after all). The project has an anticipated release of February 2027, and you can follow along with production updates on the Final Girl Substack.
