Leorah Wood is a talker turned actress turned comedian (comedienne?) who grew up in the suburbs of Boston. However, she is continually informed that she has strong Midwestern energy.

 

Graduating with a BFA in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Leorah studied at Playwrights Horizons Theater School and Stonestreet Studios.

Leorah works as a stand up comedian all around NYC, and recently released her debut hour of comedy, Dress Up, on YouTube. She performs clean, story based sets, wherein ukulele is used both for music and as a threat.
